From the moment you walk into the studio, you know you have come to a peaceful place. Our Yoga and Pilates instructors are passionate about what they do ~ teaching from the heart, sharing their years of knowledge, training, and expertise. We practice Pranakriya Yoga, a compassionate yoga, based on the teachings of Swami Kripalu. Founded by Yoganand Michael Carroll, Pranakriya Yoga is a yoga of the heart.
