We practice Pranakriya Yoga, a compassionate yoga, based on the teachings of Swami Kripalu. Founded by Yoganand Michael Carroll, Pranakriya Yoga is a yoga of the heart.

For New Students, the Intro Special is $15 for 3 classes - any class, any time.

Prenatal Yoga is safe and beneficial for pregnant women and their growing babies. It encourages stretching, mental centering, and focused breathing – all important for the birthing process. Research has also shown that Prenatal Yoga can decrease lower back pain, nausea, and headaches, while reducing the risk of pre-term labor. Join Krissy for this special class series in discovering how to feel wonderful throughout your pregnancy.
Krissy is a 500 hr. Pranakriya E-RYT [Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher] with over 3,000 hrs. teaching experience. She is also a Pranaskriya Yoga Therapist and a Certified Pranakriya Prenatal Yoga teacher. She brings a love of yoga and a deep respect for the human body to all of her classes.
