The Yoga Center offers a variety of classes to meet your needs and fit your schedule. We recommend starting with our Intro Package ~ 3 classes for $15, giving the new student options to find their comfortable place to start. Our teachers are committed to our students’ safety and personal growth as a yogi.
New to yoga? Anything new can feel awkward. If it is your first time, try the Gentle Stretch classes. Their pace is easy to follow and all moves are thoroughly guided. Let the teacher know that you are new and he or she will help you to feel comfortable during the class.
What to wear: Please wear modest comfortable clothing that is appropriate for exercise. Please refrain from wearing strong perfume or cologne as many individuals have health or allergy issues.
What to bring: The Yoga Center has all the props you will need however, feel free to bring your own mat.
A private class is an excellent way to begin your journey or to deepen your understanding of specific postures and breathing exercises, and begin heal or strengthen your body.
