The Yoga Center Waiver

To participate in classes at The Yoga Center, you must sign below indicating that you have read / understood this form. The classes taught at The Yoga Center are led by highly qualified instructors. Our classes are safe and true to the spirit of Yoga. However, everyone's body is different and our instructors may not be fully aware of your body's levels of flexibility or any injuries/weaknesses you may have. We ask you to take responsibility for your own body. The teacher will suggest modifications if you are experiencing difficulty. Please do not compromise the safety of your body and let the teachers know if you need additional help. The Yoga Center will not be held responsible for any injuries that occur in our classes.
